Camberwell College of Arts in South London is today one of the six major Art Schools which together comprise the University of the Arts London.

We designed this large poster for Camberwell to advertise the calibre and excellence of the teaching staff and students on the BA 3D Design course—of the eight finalists for the 2004 annual Jerwood Applied Arts Prize, six were either Camberwell tutors or graduates of the Course.

Teaching staff at the College has included many luminaries of the British Art Scene: Victor Pasmore, William Coldstream, Frank Auerbach, Ron Kitaj, Euan Uglow, Frank Bowling, Wendy Smith, Noel Forster, Cornelia Parker and Ian McKeevor.

The eventual £30,000 Prizewinner was Simone Ten Hompel—one of the Camberwell contingent.
